Yoga Basics for all levels. A moderately paced class focusing on safe and functional alignment, breath awareness, and healthy movement. Options will be offered throughout class to enable students to make informed choices as relates to individual goals and level of fitness. Class takes place at 4Yoga studio on second floor of The Pots Place located at 428 East Main; Bowling Green, KY.
